- Silver coins, Gold bars / coins, and other precious metals cannot be exchanged or returned, all sales are final.
- All returns for exchanges must be done within 14 days of delivery.
- Get a return authorization by calling 248-957-1111 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Orders that are customized/special / imported cannot be replaced or canceled.
- There is no exchange/return for Nose pins.
- The customer will be responsible for returning merchandise at their cost.
- All exchanges must be wrapped properly to prevent damage and insured for the value of the item(s).
- UPS / Fed Ex/ USPS is the preferred carrier for returns. As the “shipper,” you are in charge of making the claim if something is damaged while being transported.
- Until the original item(s) have been received and inspected, we won’t ship the item(s) that are being exchanged.
- Within 14 days all returns must be sent.
- Items that are of final sale/offer deals or from the holiday season cannot be returned or exchanged.
- There are no returns/refunds for Silver Coins, Gold Bar/Coins.
- Within 14 days (calendar days) on the day of the receipt of the shipment, you may return any item you can purchased for an equal exchange or store credit, if you do not like it for any reason.
- Within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the shipment, you must ship the product back to us along with all of the original packaging contents, including but not limited to the original product, the case/box in which the product was sent, the original packaging slip, the original diamond certificate, and any other paperwork or documents that were sent along with the product.
- We have all rights to refuse return/exchange service if any of the original packaging’s contents, goods, certificates, or papers are not returned or if the return/exchange is not made within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the shipment.
- If you have placed a custom order/customized the item, you will NOT be able to return the item, exchange it for a different item or receive store credit for it
- For a refund, we will deduct 10-15% restocking fee, a market loss fee, shipping charges and we will further initiate the refund request upon getting confirmation for the same from you. If you choose to exchange the item, restocking fee is NOT applicable.
- Return items can be sent back to us through any courier facilities like UPS/Fed Ex/USPS with proper packaging and with insurance and all charges will be borne by the customer.
